| 摘 要： | 文章首先介绍了目前中国对外直投区位选择有关的研究,再以中国对外直投的发展情况为基础结合中国对外直接投资动机,从东道国的公共治理水平的视角分析了东道国的制度环境对中国对外直接投资区位选择的因素影响。认为具有不同寻求动机的中国对外直投所倾向的国家(或地区)的投资环境和条件也将具有很大差异。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the current research on the location choice of Chinese ODA, based on the development of Chinese ODA and combined with the motivation of C Chinese ODA, analyzes the influence of the institutional environment of host country on thelocation choice of Chinese ODA from the perspective of host country＇s level of public governance. This paper thinks that the investment environment and conditions of countries （or regions） with different seek motivation who may be the objects of Chinese ODA will also has avery big difference. |
