摘    要:CBE即为能力本位教育(Competency-based Education)的英文简称。它强调以全面的职业角色分析为出发点,以岗位职责所需的能力为教学的基本原则,突出学生在学习中的主导性进而使他们具备从事人力资源管理所需的实际能力。这种教育模式符合当今高职人力资源管理教学的要求,故对CBE教学模式在高职人力资源管理教学中的应用进行研究具有极强的现实意义。

Abstract:CBE is the English abbreviations of Competency-based Education. It stresses the comprehensive professional role analysis as a starting point, the requirements of job responsibilities as the basic principles of teaching and highlights the students leading role in study. This education mode meets the requirements of today's human resources management teaching, so the CBE teaching model in the application of the higher vocational education's human resources management teaching research has strong practical significance.
