基于Solidworks/Simulation的变压器结构优化设计

摘    要:针对变压器强度和刚度设计中存在着一定的盲目性问题,本文采用Solidworks软件建立了变压器有载开关托架三维模型,并利用Simulation进行了受力分析,得到了额定工况下托架的应力、位移和应变。在此基础上,对托架进行了优化,优化设计后的托架材料消耗降低64.6%,加工效率提高33.3%;优化设计后的托架强度高、刚度好,为变压器的整体优化设计提供了重要依据。

Abstract:Aiming at the blindness problem in transformer stiffness and strength design, this paper provides a 3D model of tap changer carrier with Solidworks software. With Simulation designer, the stress analysis of tap changer carrier in working condition is carried on, and stress, strain, displacement are also got. The results provide foundation for structural optimization of the carrier. Optimization design of the carrier material consumption is reduced by 22.0%, the working efficiency is increased by 33.3%. After optimization, the carrier gets high strength and good rigidity, these studies offer important reference to the overall optimization design of the transformer.
