| 摘 要： | 房地产业是进行房地产投资、开发、经营、管理、服务的行业,属于第三产业。从2002年开始,我国房地产业迅速发展,房地产业成为一个新的经济增长点。因此,高职房地产专业人才的培养,必须面向企业、面向市场,既要熟悉房地产市场运作的各环节,又要灵活掌握每一项专业技能。

| Abstract: | Real estate is an industry for the investment, development, management, administration and service of the realty, which belongs to the tertiary industry. From 2002, China＇s real estate industry has developed rapidly, and it has become a new economic growth point. Therefore, the cultivation of the talents of higher vocational real estate professional must be business-oriented and market-oriented,which should not only be familiar with all sectors of the real estate market, but also master every professional skill flexibly. |
