企业并购文化整合与领导参与度

摘    要:随着世界企业并购浪潮的不断高涨,企业并购整合问题不断的被暴露出来,其中,文化整合问题占据主要地位,而企业并购文化整合中"被遗忘的角落"即领导参与对文化整合至关重要。事实上,"火车快不快,全靠车头带",企业并购文化整合成功与否与领导的参与程度成正比。故文章从企业并购文化整合的领导参与度出发,分析了并购企业文化整合过程中领导参与的现状,即零领导参与和低领导参与,并指出了其危害之处。同时,给出了相应的建议,供并购企业借鉴。

Abstract:As the world of enterprise merger and acquisition (M&A) tide upsurge continuously, the problem of enterprise M&A integration have been exposed, among which, cultural integration occupies the main position, and the leader participation being called "thecorner that is forgotten" is crucial to cultural integration. In fact, "fast train rely on car fillet completely", the success of corporate M&A cultural integration has positive proportional with leader participation. So starting from enterprise cultural integration, this article analysesthe situation of leader participation, namely zero and low leader participation, and points out its harm. Meanwhile, this paper gives some corresponding suggestions for the enterprise.
