| 摘 要： | 从天津滨海新区研发成果转化的问题入手,文章提出加强天津创新产学研合作模式,是天津市产业结构升级和提高自主创新能力的必由之路。文章分析了国内外产学研的主要模式及问题,详细阐述了日本"新技术开发事业团"的运作模式,并以此为借鉴,提出了天津创新产学研合作模式的启示和建议。

| Abstract: | The article puts forward a problem from the perspective of the research and development achievements conversion in Tianjin Binhai new district, it indicates that the only way to upgrade industrial structure and improve the ability of independent innovation by strengthening innovative and cooperative pattern of industry-university-institute in Tianjin. This paper analyzes the main mode and problems of industry-university-institute at home and abroad. It expounds mode of operation of the Japanese ＂enterprise group of new technology development＂ in detail. And as a reference,this paper puts forward enlightenments and suggestions of innovative and cooperative pattern for industry-university-institute in Tianjin. |
