| Abstract: | From the construction investment needs of project, contacting the objective reality, this article deeply discusses the problems in the management of design phase of most engineering construction unit, lists the methods to enhance the investment effectiveness by using the design management, hoping to provide help and inspiration for the construction units obtaining maximum economic efficiency and achieving the rational allocation of resources. |
