| 摘 要： | GIS系统是近几年来信息技术迅速发展的热点之一,如何将GIS系统与城市规划结合起来开发实用的应用软件是值得研究的问题。首先介绍了GIS系统的发展和基本概念,然后站在突发事件管理全局的高度,为突发事件管理共用信息平台的建设提供一个蓝图,具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Geographic information system is a hot topic in recent years in the rapid development of information technology. The problem how to develop a software application combining the geographic information system with city planning together is worthy of studying. First of all, the paper introduces the development of geographic information system and the basic concepts, then standing in the city traffic overall global height, provides a blueprint for the construction of city urban traffic common information platform, which has a certain guiding significance. |
