| 摘 要： | 本文从价值的主观性与客观性入手,讨论了企业价值评价中的主观价值与客观价值的作用过程,接着提出了对企业价值进行客观评价的基本思路,并且分析了其适用条件,最后,结合我国现实讨论了我国管理层收购中的不合理性。
