| 摘 要： | 从供应链合作关系的界面结构的发展来说明在供应链企业中建立战略合作伙伴关系是供应链合作的必然趋势，同时，分析了影响供应链合作关系形成的驱动力和环境因素，并提出了供应链合作关系与环境关系模型以及影响供应链合作关系的多变量模型。
