德育视域中青年和谐人格的构建

和谐社会需要和谐的人格,而青年人格由于受政治、经济、文化的结构性转型的影响,出现了与自我、他人、社会和自然的冲突,这些不和谐现象的产生与传统的德育理念、内容、方式是分不开的,因此传统德育应该围绕着以人为本的理念,实现从物本到人本、从灌输到对话、从异化到发展三个方面来重新构建青年和谐人格。

The Construction of Youth's Harmonious Personality in the Field of View of Moral Education

The harmonious society needed harmonious personality,while the conflicts with self,others,society and nature came up influenced by the structural transformation of politics,economy and culture.These disharmonious phenomena were inseparable from the idea,content and manner of traditional moral education.Then traditional education should reconstruct youth's harmonious personality around the idea of human-oriented from three aspects which were from material-oriented to human-oriented,from inculcation to conversation,from dissimilation to development.
