| Abstract: | Strengthening the construction of leading cadre of basic unit of banks,and cultivating leading cadre who have both ability and integrity is the key to the development of financial causes.As a the leading cadre of basic banks,it is a very important task to put into practice all kinds of strategies,policies and institutions of communist party and our country and the strategies and arrangement of the superior banks. |
