借鉴西方经验 健全我国社会征信体系

社会征信体系是社会信用体系的基础和核心。国外征信体系包括以美、英为代表的民营征信管理体系，以法、德为代表的公共征信管理体系和以日本为代表的会员制征信管理体系。完善的法律法规体系、健全的征信机构网络和有效竞争的市场格局、强烈的信用意识和完善的监督管理及行业自律是国外征信体系发展的保障。借鉴西方国家征信体系发展的做法和经验，结合近年来我国征信业的发展现状，从法律法规、征信数据库、行业协会、政府职能、征信业发展模式、信贷登记咨询系统、征信人才、征信市场需求等方面采取措施，促进我国社会征信体系的完善，是我国征信业发展的当务之急。

Consummating China's Social Credit Information System by Taking Western Experience for Reference

Social credit information system is the base and core of social credit system. Foreign credit information system includes non-governmental credit information management system represented by the U. S. A. and the U. K. , public credit information management system by France, Germany, and member credit information management system by Japan. Perfect law and provision system, wholesome credit information agency networks, efficiently competitive market setup, strong credit consciousness and perfect regulatory management and industry self-discipline are the safeguard for the development of these credit information systems in the foreign countries. It＇ s an urgent task for China＇ s credit information industry to take for reference the pratice and experiences of the western countries, combine the delelopment status quo of China＇ s credit information system in recent years and to take actions from such aspects as law and provision, credit information database, industry association, government function, development mode of credit information industry, credit loan registry and consultation system, credit information talent, credit information market demand, etc. so as to accelerate consummation of China＇ s credit information system.
