| 摘 要： | 高职院校辅导员的基本素质,直接影响着工作的能力、对学生管理的水平和服务的态度。按照《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》提出的要求,必须努力扩展辅导员队伍的知识面和提高管理能力,使辅导员队伍的整体素质得到大幅度提高,以适应今后教育改革发展的需要。
