| 摘 要： | 城市房屋拆迁的补偿范围是拆迁活动的核心内容,补偿范围不全面,拆迁矛盾便不能得到根本解决.我国城市房屋拆迁补偿范围过于狭窄,土地使用权没有完全补偿.文章针对目前拆迁补偿范围存在的问题进行分析,提出了完善补偿范围的相应对策.

| Abstract: | The key content of urban removals from original residences is the compensation scope in such the removing activity. The limited compensation scope causes that the contradictions in the removing activity can not be solved entirely. In our country, the compensation scope of urban removals from original residences is too narrow, and the right to use the land has not been fully compensated. This article gives an analysis of the present problems in the compensation scope of urban removals, and proposes a correspondingmethod to perfect the compensation scope. |
