新形势下推进粤港服务贸易自由化的思考

《：内地与香港关于建立更紧密经贸关系的安排》签订以来，粤港服务贸易自由化发展成效明显：服务贸易总额逐年增加，金融合作成为粤港服务贸易自由化重点发展领域，专业服务比重不断提升。新形势下，进一步推进粤港服务贸易自由化，从全球而言，是适应国际政治经济新环境的需要；从国内来讲，是受到上海设立自贸区的挑战；从省内来说，是广东外贸行业转型升级的需要。结合分析结果，提出了提高政府效率，营造良好环境；打造多个合作平台，对接港澳服务贸易；注重队伍建设，培养优质人才等建议。

After the signing of CEPA, the development of service trade liberalization between Guangdong and Hong Kong is obvious：total trade in services has increased year by year, financial cooperation has become the key development areas and the proportion of professional services continues to grow. Under the new circumstances, it is necessary to further promote the liberalization of trade in services between Guangdong and Hong Kong, At the international level, it is the need to adapt to the new international political and economic environment, while at the national level, it is the appropriate response to the challenge imposed by the establishment of FTA , and at the provincial level, it is the need to transform and upgrade the foreign trade industry. With the results of the analysis, it is suggested that government efficiency should be enhanced so as to create a good environment, a cooperation platform should also be built as the docking of Hong Kong and Macao service trade, and team building along with high-quality talents training should be attached importance to as well.
