职业分化:农民市民化的必然选择

农民市民化是近年来我国工业化、城镇化进程中的重要问题,也是目前社会学领域研究的重要方向。由于职业过于单一,进城农民在经济利益、政治权利和社会地位这三个维度上都难以达到与城市人口相当的水平,这是进城农民难以融入城市的重要原因。因此,应该选择提升进城农民人力资本、促进农村剩余劳动力流动、创造新就业机会的路径选择来促进进城农民的职业分化,进而实现进城农民真正意义上的市民化。

The peasants citizenization is the key problem in our country in the process of industrialization and town,also is the important research direction in social science in recent years.Since the occupation is too single,peasants in the economic interests,political power and social status of the three dimension are difficult to achieve relatively level with city population.It is the important reason to difficult to integrate into the city of peasants.Therefore,we should choose the new path to promote the migrant peasants occupation differentiation,including to ascend into human capital of town peasants,promote the flow of rural surplus labor,employment opportunities to create,so as to realize the real meaning of peasants citizenization.
