盐城市农业工业化发展分析与路径选择

本文认为,农业工业化是解决"三农"问题、实现国民经济现代化的根本性战略举措。盐城市农业工业化水平已超过全国平均水平,但与江苏省平均水平相比仍然存在差距,面临着农业结构层次不优、农产品加工业发展滞后、农业劳动力转移速度慢等问题。文章提出,加快盐城市农业工业化发展,必须大力推进农业结构调整,发展农产品加工业,提高农民组织化程度,加快农业劳动力转移速度,发展生态农业,优化发展环境。

Analysis of the Agricultural Industrial Development and the Choice of Route in Yancheng

The author believes that the level of agricultural industrial development has exceeded the average national level. But, comparing with the average level of Jiangsu province, it still lagged behind. There are some problems with the agricultural industrial development, such as not optimized agricultural structure, the lagged behind development of agricultural processing industry, and the slow labor transferring. To accelerate the agricultural industrial development in Yancheng, we should promote agricultural restructure, develop agricultural processing industry, give priority to the development of environment, and so on.
