摘    要:文章介绍了在LabVIEW开发环境下,一个应用于教学中的三容水箱液位控制实验台的设计和组成。此实验台的设计分为硬件和软件两部分,硬件设计主要根据液压知识完成;软件部分主要根据所要完成的实验项目设计,此外文中重点说明了PID控制器的设计过程。通过此实验台学生可在熟悉硬件设备的基础上,全面具体地掌握控制工程的基础理论知识,对教学起到很好的辅助作用。

Abstract:The paper introduces the design and composing of three-tank liquid level control system,under LabVIEW developing environment,for application of teaching.The system includes two parts,one is the design of hardware,which uses the knowledge of hydraulic pressure, the other is software, which is accomplished based on the experimentation items. Furthermore, the design process of PID controller is emphatically described. The student could get the knowledge of control engineering through the experimentation items.So the system can give an important help to teaching.
