核电站模块施工质量综合评价研究

摘    要:我国第三代AP1000核电站采用模块化建造技术,模块施工周期长、重量重、体积大,这对施工质量控制提出了更高、更严格的要求。在建造过程中对施工质量进行综合评价,能更全面了解目前质量控制水平,更好地指导开展质量控制工作,确保模块施工质量。文章根据浙江三门AP1000核电站模块施工的现状和特点,结合已完工的CA01、CA20模块施工,运用层次分析法和模糊数学评价方法,提出了一种适合核电站模块的施工质量综合评价方法。采用该方法能够较为客观和全面地反映核电站模块施工质量水平,也为核电站其他领域的施工质量评价提供思路。

Abstract:The third generation Nuclear Power Plant in China adopts the modularization construction techno- logy with long construction duration for module construction, heavy weight and large size, which makes the higher and stricter requirements to quality control by the construction. The comprehensive evaluation on construction quality during the construction can fully understand the current quality control level and better direct the implementation of quality control work to ensure the module construction quality in control. Based on the current status and feature of module construction in Sanmen APIO00 Nuclear Power Plant, combining with the completed construction for CA01 & CA20 module, the paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation method applicable for module construction quality in Nuclear Power Plant by applying the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematical evaluation method. This method can reflect the module construction quality level in Nuclear Power Plant objectively and comprehensively, as well as provide the thought for construction quality evaluation in other fields of Nuclear Power Plant.
