| 摘 要： | 在分析了工业用地的协议出让和市场化出让对土地价值和土地利用效益产生的不同影响后,结合国土资源部制定的最新法规,用经济学观点分析了工业用地市场化出让的特征,分析了法规的实施对优化资源配置所产生的积极影响,最后提出了实施该法规时应注意的几个问题.

| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of effect of contracted sale of industrial land and the sale through market on land value and land use benefit, this paper analyzes from the angle of economics the characteristics of industrial land sale through market and the posi- tive effect of the implementation of the regulations on the optimization of resource distribution, according to the latest regulations issued by the Ministry of Land and Resources, along with some suggestions for implementing the regulations. |
