Abstract:Objective:To establish a microwave digestion-ICP-MS method for the simultaneous determination of lead,arsenic,cadmium,chromium and aluminum in fritters.Method:The pretreatment process and instrument conditions were optimized,and the method performance was investigated.Results:Under the optimal experimental conditions,the correlation coefficient of the standard curve of the method was greater than 0.999,the linear range was 0~50μg·L-1(aluminum was 0~500μg·L-1),and the detection limit was 0.002~0.554μg·L-1,the recovery rate of standard addition was 90.2%~104%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.98%~4.10%.Conclusion:This method is suitable for detecting the content of 5 metal elements in flour,edible oil and fried dough stick products.
