The management of legal dispute cases in enterprises under the leadership of China State Railway Group Co., Ltd. is an important part of the construction of the rule of law in railway. In order to comprehensively improve the management of legal dispute cases and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of railway, it is urgent to further innovate and optimize corresponding management mechanisms to adapt to the requirement of reform and development of railway enterprises.
