| Abstract: | The quality and safety of food production and processing are directly related to people’s health and life safety.With the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the requirements for the quality and safety of food production and processing are also increasing.At the same time,the quality of food production and processing has attracted great attention from all aspects of society and is an important factor in measuring the national happiness index.This article discusses the basic conditions,quality standards and legal guarantees of food production and processing,and explores and analyzes the establishment of quality and safety guarantees for food production and processing. |
