常见人工甜味剂的介绍及其发展建议

摘    要:人工甜味剂甜度高、无营养、热量低,已在食品工业中得到了广泛的应用,但人工甜味剂的安全性和有效性仍存在争议。本文介绍了糖精、安赛蜜、甜蜜素、阿斯巴甜、纽甜和三氯蔗糖等6种常见人工甜味剂的代谢特征及检测方法,并对甜味剂的发展提出建议,为人工甜味剂的进一步合理开发和安全使用提供参考依据。

Introduction of Common Artificial Sweeteners and Suggestions for Their Development

Abstract:Artificial sweeteners have high sweetness,no nutrition,and low calories.They have been widely used in the food industry,but the safety and effectiveness of artificial sweeteners are still controversial.This article introduces the metabolic characteristics and detection methods of 6 common artificial sweeteners such as saccharin,acesulfame,cyclamate,aspartame,neotame and sucralose,and proposes recommendations for the development of sweeteners.The further reasonable development and safe use of artificial sweeteners provide a reference basis.
