气相色谱法测定菜籽油中溶剂残留的不确定度评定

摘    要:依据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF 1059.1—2012)对《食品安全国家标准食品中溶剂残留量的测定》(GB 5009.262—2016)检测方法中溶剂残留进行分析和评定。结果表明,测定菜籽油中溶剂残留量为8.73 mg·kg-1时,其扩展不确定度为1.2 mg·kg-1(k=2),且标准曲线拟合过程、标准物质、回收率、重复性和标准系列溶液配制引入的不确定度较大,需要在以后实验中注意这些步骤,以减小不确定度,保证检验工作质量。

Evaluation of Uncertainty in Determination of Solvent Residues in Rapeseed Oil by GC

Abstract:According to JJF 1059.1-2012,the solvent residue in the GB 5009.262-2016 detection method is analyzed and evaluated.The results show that when the solvent residue in rapeseed oil is determined to be 8.73 mg·kg-1,the expanded uncertainty is 1.2 mg·kg-1(k=2),and the standard curve fitting process,standard substance,and recovery rate The reproducibility and the uncertainty introduced by the preparation of standard series solutions are relatively large.It is necessary to pay attention to these steps in future experiments to reduce the uncertainty and ensure the quality of inspection work.
