| 摘 要： | 文中首先简要介绍了设施布置的基本理论,通过对某轮胎制造厂总平面布置进行分析,找出存在的问题,然后利用SLP法对该厂进行分析与重新布置,最后得到一个更为有效与合理的设施布置方案。

| Abstract: | The article has described the basic theory of facility layout.By analyzing the total layout of one tire manufacturing plant,to identify some existing problems,then use SLP law analyzing and rearranging the total layout of the manufacturing plant,finally,it has got a more effective and rational program of the facility layout. |
