| 摘 要： | 安徽省博望产业集群尚处于集群发展的初级阶段,产业集群竞争力存在较多的弱势因素。为了有效进行产业集群治理,提升地区的产业集群竞争力,政府应加强平台建设,集群利益相关者应形成互动,同时应培育区域文化,增强产业集群的根植性。
