后危机时代商业银行声誉风险管理初探

银行是建立在信用基础上的，声誉是银行的生命线。论文在分析商业银行声誉风险特征基础上，归纳总结了国外管理银行声誉风险的主要做法，并就如何提高中国商业银行声誉风险管理能力，从完善风控体系、构建长效机制和提高应对能力三个方面提出了相应的建议。

Research on Reputation Risk Management of Commercial Banks in Postcrisis Era

Reputation risk management has become an important part of commercial banks＇ risk management. In this paper, we analyze the characteristic of reputation risk and learn from some cases to find out general laws and effective approach of reputation risk management. Finally, we put forward the ways to realize effective management of reputation risk of commercial banks, including improving and perfecting risk management system, intensifying the consciousness of reputation risk, heightening the coping capacity of reputation crisis.
