摘    要:基于房地产市场宏观调控牵涉面广、对整体经济影响较大的实际情况,为了确保宏观调控达到预期的目标,本文首先提出了构建我国房地产市场宏观调控体系的必要性,阐述了房地产市场宏观调控应达到的目标与所应遵循的指导原则,然后从组织保证、法制建设、市场失灵治理、政府关系协调以及流动性过剩化解等方面,对房地产市场宏观调控体系的内容进行探讨。

Abstract:On the base of the actual co wide range and have a overall economic ndition impact, that the macro-control on real estate market involves a in order to ensure macro-control to achieve the desired goal, this paper first proposed to build the real estate market macro-control system is essential, to ex- plain follow the macro-control real estate market objectives to be achieved with the guiding principles to be ed, and then discussed the contents about the macro-control system of the real estate market in terms of the follow aspects:organizations to ensure, the legal system, the governance of market failures the coordination about government relations, and resolution of the excess liquidity.
