| 摘 要： | 商号是区分商事主体之营业的重要标志，与商事主体的商业信誉密切相关，是商事主体无形资产的重要内容。研究商号的法律保护，对于商事主体的权利保护有重要意义。本文在分析目前我国商号法律保护现状的基础上，对如何完善商号法律制度提出了建议。
