| 摘 要： | 金融结构作为虚拟经济范畴,其变迁归根结底是由实体经济范畴的企业发展引起和推动的,金融结构是适应后者的发展要求而变迁的。随着生产力社会化的发展,会产生各种各样的产权矛盾,为了解决这些矛盾,就要求金融结构变迁。金融结构及其变迁是企业社会化发展的表现形式。

| Abstract: | As a kind of fictitious economy, the evolution of financial structure is mainly caused and pushed by the real economy of enterprise development. The development of productive force will result in various contradictions of the property rights. To resolve such contradictions, the evolution of financial structure is a must. The structure of the financial system and its evolution are the embodiment of socialization development of enterprise. |
