| 摘 要： | 在党的基层组织和党员中深入开展创先争优活动,是党的十七大和十七届四中全会提出的一项重要任务。创先争优活动作为一项经常性工作,要确保活动持久深入开展,取得实效,就必须落实"四个常态",突出"五个坚持",强化"六点思考",建立一套科学有效的创先争优活动长效机制,为推动科学发展提供经常性动力。

| Abstract: | An important task issued in the 17th Party Congress and the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee is to carry out the activity,strive for the best in the party s organizations at the basic level and among members of CPC.It is a regular activity.Thus,in order to carry out it constantly,the paper holds that we should make clear "Four States",project "Five Persistence" and stress "Six Thinking" and set up a scientific and effective long-term framework to enhance scientific development. |
