新《劳动合同法》的实施对劳动力供给的影响研究

摘    要:新<劳动合同法>的实施引起社会各界的广泛关注,新法对劳动力供给究竟产生何种影响,目前国内尚无此问题微观角度的实证分析.本文采用个体跨期最优模型,通过计算劳动力供给跨期弹性,分析新法对劳动力供给的影响.结果发现,在新<劳动合同法>实施后,劳动力的跨期弹性变小.新法的实施达到了建立和谐稳定的劳动关系和稳定劳动力供给的目的.

Abstract:The implementation of the new Labor Contract Law has attracted extensive attention from various social circles.
