It has made initial results such as mass afforestation enthusiasm increased notably, social funds began to gather to forestry, forestry farmers received more tangible benefits, but there are still such outstanding problems as not emancipating the mind, difficulties in correcting certification, unsecured loans, etc. Should continue to intensify propaganda; adhere to the law and do the right certification, contradictions and disputes resolved locally; insist that the government coordination, promote financial and insurance sector to support collaboration in forestry, accompanying policies to accelerate the the relative research and reform.
