| 摘 要： | 本文先是介绍了ETC．然后谈到发展ETC所带来的有利方面，ETC系统在中国的建设情况及不停车收费系统如何结合我国的国情来发展。最后分析了不停车收费系统在我国发展存在的问题．以及对ETC如何发展谈了几点浅显的建议。
