| 摘 要： | 对湖北恩施两个烟叶专业合作社的发展模式比较研究的结果表明，为了发展贫困地区的农民专业合作社．首先要根据本地的实际来发展具有比较优势的产业；其次要根据合作社的实际做出不同的制度安排来保证合作社的运行效率：再次要提升农民素质、培育新型农民。

| Abstract: | Comparative research on the development of two tobacco professional cooperatives in Enshi, Hubei province, this paper finds three preconditions for the development of the farmer professional cooperative in poverty-stricken areas： firstly, it should choose the industry with comparative advantages; secondly, it should make in different institutional arrangements according with the area reality to ensure the efficiency; thirdly, it should promote the farmers＇ competency and develop new farmer. |
