| 摘 要： | 农村大量贷款需求得不到满足，农村金融剩余流失是当前湖北农村金融市场面临的主要问题。应从政策性金融、商业性金融、合作金融和民间金融四个层次全面构建多元化的湖北农村金融市场。使湖北农村金融体系能够更好地服务三农。

| Abstract: | The unsatisfaction in rural credit needs and the run-off in rural financial surplus are the critical issues which Hubei rural financial markets face. We should establish diversified rural financial markets through policy finance, commercial finance, cooperation finance and folk finance these four gradations, and make the rural finance system provide better service to Sannong. |
