Research on the Project Management Model of Enterprises:A Case Study of Datang Corporation Renewable Power Co.,Ltd.

By adopting the project management model, Datang Corporation Renewable lower Co. , Ltd. has advanced by leaps and bounds within 3 years, and ranks sixth in the world and second in China among wind power operators. This paper takes Datang Renewable Power Co., Ltd. as an illustration, analyses and summarizes the thinking and experience of its proiect man- agement model through field research and materials collection. Research indicates that focusing on project is the foundation, strengthening management is the key, and making achievements is the ultimate goal. Adopting an objective-oriented management concept, fighting type manage- ment mechanism, closed-loop type control mode and team type management culture are key fac- tors in successful project management implementation. It also shows that successful operation of project management model will score great successes--to make boutique, turn out talents and cre- ate benefit for the enterprise.
