| 摘 要： | 在物流经济背景下开展助学贷款是我国实施科教兴国扶持贫困的重要举措,但其违约风险过高却阻碍了助学贷款的进一步发展。本文在总结国外助学贷款制度尤其是美国助学贷款风险防范制度的基础上,结合我国特点,提出了防范与规避助学贷款风险的具体措施。

| Abstract: | By the influence of logistics economy,the National Student Loan is an important measure to comply the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education.The risks of breaking the contract are too high to have been the obstacle of the development of the National student loan.Having summarized the experiences and characters in other countries,especially in America,this article attempts to offer some practical measures for the guaranty of the national student loan in China. |
