| 摘 要： | 人力资本理论是20世纪经济理论的重要组成部分,为了能对人力资本理论的形成与发展有一个综合全面的认识,以促进人力资本理论在我国的深入研究,本文首先对人力资本理论进行了系统阐述,然后对人力资本理论进行了简单评价,并在此基础上论述了人力资本理论对我们的启示。
