洗车池污废一站式绿色循环利用施工技术

针对施工项目现场冲洗车辆产生的大量污泥废水进行研究，采用隔膜泵抽吸经三级沉淀池预处理后的污废至厢式压滤机进行压榨过滤。产生的清洁水存储于清水池中，一部分重新用于工地外出车辆冲洗，另一部分则注入洒水车内用于施工现场洒水降尘，实现水资源循环利用。废泥渣则被减量化压缩为塑性泥饼装车外运，可用于环保砖制作，整体技术实现了对污泥废水的无害化循环处理利用，达到绿色、环保、无污染的效果。

Construction Technology of One-stop Recycling of Sewage and Waste in Car Washing Pool

The sludge wastewater produced by washing vehicles on the construction project site is studied. The sewage and waste pretreated by the three-stage sedimentation tank are pumped by the diaphragm pump to the box filter press for crushing and filtration. The generated clean water is stored in the clean water tank. One part is reused in washing vehicles on the construction site, and the other part is injected into the sprinkler for watering and dust reduction on the construction site, so as to realize the recycling of water resources. The waste sludge is reduced and compressed into plastic mud cake, loaded and transported outside, which can be used for the production of environmental protection bricks. The overall technology could realize the harmless recycling treatment and utilization of sludge and wastewater, and achieves the effect of environmental protection and pollution-free.
