| 摘 要： | 政治辅导员队伍是高校思想政治教育的骨干力量,但是"工作职责不明确"、"专业性不强"、"队伍不稳定"等问题一直困绕着这支队伍的建设,并造成辅导员队伍"非职业化".加强辅导员队伍的"职业化"建设,应从完善选拔机制、建立培养体系、明确职责范围、加强考核管理、构筑工作平台等方面入手.

| Abstract: | The team of political instructors is the backbone in the ideological and political education in university.But for a long time,the construction of the group has been affected by many factors such as unclear duty,the unstable personnel and lacking in specialization.Factors above lead to a "non-professional" team of political instructors.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen professionalization construction of the group of political instructors through perfecting an select system,clearing duty,unified administration and assessment,constructing an work-platform. |
