| 摘 要： | 我们认为提升县域支柱企业核心竞争力应从以下几方面做起:其一,制定提升核心竞争力的发展战略,提高决策水平;其二,整合企业重要资源,强化创新能力;其三,完善信息系统,增强应变能力;其四,建立学习型组织,提高学习能力。
