| Abstract: | The citizenization of migrant works refers to a process,which means migrant workers,in the status,can obtain the legal identifications and social rights that are equal to urban residents.It carries a great significance for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.However,migrant workers' lack of skill becomes the obstacles in their way of integrating into the SMEs.The corresponding measures should be taken to promote the further step of integrating with the SMEs by migrant workers. |
