盐业企业文化与盐业企业绩效关系实证研究

摘    要:文章在对企业文化与企业绩效关系理论研究的回顾基础上,选取传统垄断产业盐业产业作为研究对象,采用实证研究方法对盐业企业文化与盐业企业绩效关系进行了分析研究,得出盐业企业文化对于盐业企业经营绩效有积极的推动作用,盐业企业应当重视盐业企业文化对于企业经营绩效的影响。

Abstract:This paper select traditional salt industry as research object and use empirical research methods to study the relationship of corporate culture and corporate performance relationship on the basis of the related theories.The result is that salt corporate culture can promote corporate performance.Therefore,salt corporate culture is very important to salt corporate.
