| 摘 要： | 城市土地资源的有效利用是经济社会发展过程中的一个非常重要的问题，而城市土地资源的利用效益需要进行科学评价与分析。本文以武汉市为案例，首先建立了城市土地资源利用效益的经济、社会和生态三维评价指标体系并进行了量化，其次对城市土地资源利用效益的经济、生态和社会协调度进行了测算，并分析了影响城市土地资源利用效益的障碍因素，最后提出了提高城市土地资源利用效益的对策。

| Abstract: | It is a key issue forthe utilization of urban land effectively in process of economic and social development. The utilization efficiency of urban land should be evaluated and analyzed synthetically. This paper analyze it with a case study of Wuhan. We first build and quantify a three -dimensional index system with economy, society and ecology. Secondly, we calculate coordination degree with economy, society and ecology ofthe utilization efficiency of urban land, and analyze the obstacle factors ofthe utilization of urban land. At last, we make some strategy forimproving the utilization efficiency of urban land. |
