摘    要:随着国内城市地铁工程全面快速发展,地铁施工中如何处理好与既有建(构)筑物的关系成为地铁施工的制约因素,本文就广州地铁客大盾构区间工程中的建筑物——东风二小综合楼为例,详细介绍既有建筑物静压钢管桩加承台梁托换技术,为同类工程施工提供参考。

Abstract:With domestic urban subway construction overall development,how to deal with the relationship between existing buildings has becomes the restricting factors in subway construction. This article introduces static steel pile and pilecappingbeam underpinning technique in detail based on the example of Dongfengerxiao building of Guangzhou metro shield interval and provides reference for the similar project construction.
