| 摘 要： | 关系网络和信任是社会资本的两个基本要素。基于工作关系和家族关系的双重关系网络和源于血缘亲情关系的家族信任和泛家族信任,使得家族企业成为一个蕴含丰富社会资本的组织形式,家族企业正是运用组织内丰富的社会资本实现企业的内部治理。和现代化的公司治理相比,家族企业的这种社会资本治理模式能降低企业的委托代理成本,节约组织内的交易费用。
