| Abstract: | The paper first introduces the concept,operating characteristics of the community bank and its comparative advantages in the field of the financial services for community.Then it proposes to constitute community banks to deal with the credit services loss at the grass-roots level.Moreover,it also discusses how to constitute the community bank and resolve the problems found in the constitution and development of the community bank. |
